Frequently asked questions
How do lessons work?+
Lessons are live, one-to-one online classes tailored to your level and goals. You pick a day and time from the calendar, receive a confirmation email, and meet Jess via video call. Classes run Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Malaysia time.
What level am I?+
Take the free 20-question placement quiz, or Jess can assess your level during your free trial. She teaches all levels from A1 (complete beginner) to C2 (proficient).
What tech do I need?+
A stable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, and a quiet space. Jess will share the video-call link before your first lesson.
How do payments and rescheduling work?+
Bundle payments are arranged through Jess’s Revolut account. The 10-lesson bundle is paid in full before the first class; the 20-lesson bundle can be paid in full or in two 50% instalments at lessons 1 and 10. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full AUD 60 lesson rate and deducted from your bundle.

Yes. Book a free one-to-one trial to meet Jess, discuss your goals, and experience how the private lessons work before choosing a fixed-price course or customised lesson bundle.
Do you offer group classes?+
Not at the moment. All courses and lessons are private, one-to-one sessions so Jess can tailor every minute to your level, goals, and pace.
