Ciao! I’m Jess, the founder of Learn Italian with Jess.

I’ve been teaching Italian since 2019, working one-to-one with students across Australia and around the world through my online school, as well as lecturing at universities like Griffith and the University of Queensland.

While I hold a degree in Foreign Languages, my real secret as a teacher comes from being on the other side of the desk. Over the years, I’ve learned English, Arabic, German, Spanish, Persian, and Latin. I know firsthand what it feels like to start a language from scratch — the awkwardness, the breakthroughs, and everything in between!
