When you book a lesson or send a message through the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and the details you choose to share (such as your preferred class, date, and time). The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may collect additional information according to its own privacy policy.
2. How your information is used
Your information is used only to arrange and deliver your Italian lessons: confirming bookings, scheduling classes, responding to your messages, and managing payments through my Revolut account. I never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
3. Data storage and security
Booking requests and contact messages are stored securely in this website's database. Access is restricted, and your details are kept only for as long as needed to manage your lessons and any legal or accounting obligations.
4. Third-party services
This site uses Calendly for scheduling and Revolut for payments. When you use these services, their own privacy policies apply. I encourage you to review them on their respective websites.
5. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Simply email learnitalianwithjess@gmail.com and I will take care of it promptly.
